  • Dairy: Mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and some sauces contain dairy
  • Nuts: Truffle mayo may contain tree nuts; pistachio spread contains pistachios
  • Sesame: May be present in some bread preparations
  • Soy: Some sauces and marinades may contain soy
  • Mustard: Present in honey mustard sauce
  • Eggs: Present in some sauces and available as a topping

  • Balsamic Glaze: May contain sulfites
  • Hummus Spread: Sesame (tahini), Soy

5. Cross-Contamination Warning

Our kitchen is not allergen-free. We use shared equipment, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces. Even with careful handling, cross-contamination may occur. If you have a severe allergy, please be aware of this risk when ordering.

While we offer vegetarian options, we do not have a dedicated vegan kitchen area. Our VEGI FOCA! contains cheese and may not be suitable for strict vegan diets. Please ask our staff about ingredient sourcing and preparation methods.
